Vendor space is a 10x10 open vendor space in the park. Bring your own table/chairs and shelter.
• $50 - Open vendor space in the park. No increase from last year $50.00 if paid in person at the
Hazel Perk Café 21403 John R rd. Hazel Park, Mi 48030(if sponsorship is paid online it’s $75.00)
Payment required at time of reservation by credit card or cash app. No refunds. Businesses,
Jewelry, Crafts, Apparel, Services, Home-Made, Artists and more….
• The event hours are 1pm to 7:30pm
• Set-up time begins at 9am Drop-off area near booth for loading and unloading.
Electric power will not be available to Vendor booths. Booth spaces assigned at reservation.
• Spaces available in park on a first-come basis along sidewalks, North side of the pavilions.
Heavily shaded area with access to nearby restroom facilities.
Vendor Parking on baseball field only. Lot parking for event attendees and reserved parking.
• Please clean up your area after the event.
Park/Pavilion Terms & Conditions
• Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted.
• Keep all vehicles off the grass. (short unloading and loading is permitted.) • All decorations
must be removed from tables, poles, buildings, etc. at end of event.
• Restrooms will be unlocked and maintained during the event only.
• All garbage must be bagged, tied, and placed in trash barrels.
• You assume full responsibility for damages to City of Hazel Park property.
• You must be considerate of surrounding neighbors.
• Tents are limited to 10' x 10'.
• No fireworks or open fires are allowed.
